Great point about the work smart AND hard. I think that most people are looking for a get-rich-quick scheme when looking for internet income opportunities. Those don’t work though.

It is true internet marketing is a lucrative business but it doesn’t come cheap & easy. Most newbies been led to believe by those so called gurus that making money online is as easy as pushing a button. The truth is it is not because if it is then why 90% internet marketers failed ?
I think number 5 should be:- Give excellent customer service. There is evidence to show that repeat customers spend more than new ones, and, cost less than finding the new customers too.
